Academic art education and practice of the gallery / exhibition art existence create a coordinate system in which "result" and "success" are the main criteria of the artist’s work. Work as a process is equivalent to work as an art product. The process – of questions, doubts, thinking, speaking, rejection, creation, destruction – is squeezed to a point; an artist becomes a producer of images and responses which are sometimes embodied in tangible assets. Institutions are attributed to spread these images, responses and / or values, including the material ones.

However, the process of work starts long before even the possibility of this point becomes possible, and we - all the rest, except the artist her/himself – can never get to know it. In particular, because the idea can never become the product or the result may be at the polar distance from the beginning.

Together with artists, we ask two questions:

1. Why and what are you thinking about / working at?

2. Why is it interesting for us?

We will look at art and talk about it before it happens – while it is still happening. We will analyze the method of an artist; an artist will analyze our observations. We will try to work together.

We will work with a new artist on a monthly or bi-monthly basis.
